KOHALPUR, Nov 02: A four star rated hotel is set to come under operation in Banke district of Southern Plain of Nepal from mid of November.
The Hotel Center Plaza is set to make a loud entry in hospitality sector of the Southern Plains of Nepal from the mid of November, Director of the hotel Devananda Aryal said.
The hotel has the initial capital of 450 million rupees and covers a land area of 16 ropani which will have 77 beds. In addition, the hotel also will bear a swimming pool of 32 square feet, two bars, and three seminar halls.
