SALLERI , Oct 29 : Doma Sherpa, a media student has been making preparations for climbing Mt Everest, the highest peak of the world.
Doma said that she has started taking training as well as collecting donation for the same with a plan to expedite the Mt. Everest during the spring season through Green Lake Trek and Expeditions. According to Doma, she is going to climb Mt Everest with an objective of promoting women’s empowerment and helping tourism promotion.
Doma is now busy collecting donation as it takes Rs 3.9 million for the total expedition. Born at Solududhkunda Municipality-2 of Solukhumbu district, Doma is a MA second-year journalism student.
