Nepal Electric, Power & Lights International Expo 2023 to be held from September 1 to 3
KATHMANDU, August 9: A comprehensive international exhibition related to electronics, lights, and home appliances- Nepal Electric, Power & Lights International Expo 2023 is set to be held at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall from September 1 to 3.
The exhibition related to electrical, electronic equipment, and energy is the second edition of such exhibition and is organized by Media Space Solutions (MSS) along with Exhibition and Trade Services India Pvt. Ltd. (ETSIPL) and Futurex Trade Fairs and Events Pvt. Ltd. is going to be organized.
The aim of the expo is to accommodate three ideas - exhibition, conference, and partnership among various industries related to electricity, electrical equipment, household electrical materials, and energy for mutual sharing, increasing relations, and building business opportunities.
The revenue of the electronics sector in Nepal is projected to reach US$ 360 million in 2023. The number of users in the electronics sector is expected to reach 10.3 million by 2027. The demand for electronic products used by consumers such as air conditioners, electric fans, and refrigerators has increased, a major reason for stakeholders to pay attention to this international exhibition.
Due to the fact that about 60 percent of the electronic and electrical equipment imported into Nepal comes from India, the participation of stakeholders from the Indian subcontinent (India) in this exhibition will be significant.
