Sun Nepal Life appoints Nepal SBI Merchant as issue manager for right shares

KATHMANDU:Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue and sale of 1 crore 696 thousand 320 right shares of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited at the ratio of 1:0.27 to the existing shareholders at the pricing of 100 rupees per share.

According the proposed arrangement, SNLI will issue right shares at a 1:0.27 ratio, allowing shareholders to apply for an additional 27 shares for every 100 shares they own. .

Mr. Lekhnath Pokhel, Managing Director and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking, and Mr. Raj Kumar Aryal, CEO of Sun Nepal Life Insurance, inked the agreement in a ceremony at the company's Kathmandu office.
