KATHMANDU, Aug 12: Private Airline Company Saurya Airlines has been sold for 320 million rupees. The airlines have been bought by businessman Shyam Adhikari, Shyam Krishna Maharjan and Ram Prashad Panthi. After facing a lot of economic problems finally it has been handed over to the new management team. Within a few day Saurya Airlines will be flying with new team.
It will take a few times to completely handover the ownerships. For now all the ownership will be given to the new management team. The discussion is being carried out to hold some of the ownership by the current owners said operator of the Saurya Airlines, Deepak Pokharel.
Currently the company is being transferred to Buddhi Raj Panthi, son of Ram Prashad Panthi but there are other people in the member too. Saurya airline has two CRJ 200 ships. One of the ships has been operated while the other has been delayed due to some technical problems. The flight will be operated after the maintenance works.
