100,000 domestic tourists visit Nagdaha on Nag Panchami

KATHMANDU, Aug 17: 100,000 domestic tourists have visited Nagdaha on the occasion of the Nag Panchami festival. The destination, which normally attracts around 30,000 visitors yearly, has seen 100,000 tourists visiting due to a festival program that was organized in the location.

The Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Rabindra Adhikari, has also promised to provided any required help from the government to develop Nagdaha. "We must continue the promotion of places with religious significance like Nagdaha," he said.
Vice-Chief of Lalitpur Metropolis, Gita Satyal, said that the metropolitan office would also help in developing Nagdaha. The President of the chief organizers' committee of the festival program, Dinesh Karki, suggested the development of a hiking route centered around Nagdaha.
