24th AGM of NCC Bank passed 8.42 percent dividend

KATHMANDU, Jan 14: The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited was held on Thursday. The AGM unanimously passed a resolution to distribute 8 percent bonus shares from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2077/78 and 0.42 percent cash dividend of the paid-up capital for tax purposes while issuing those bonus shares.

The bank has stated that the bank's paid-up capital will reach Rs 11.13 billion after the distribution of 8 percent bonus shares passed by the meeting.

The AGM of the bank has decided to appoint Pradhan & Shakya Associates, Chartered Accountants as the auditors for the audit work of the Fiscal Year 2078/79. The bank has mobilized Rs. 110.80 billion in deposits and disbursed Rs. 98.32 billion in self-loans in the fiscal year 2077/78. Besides, it has earned a net profit of Rs 1.33 billion after taxes and bonuses in the current fiscal year.

NCC Bank, which has a nationwide branch network, has been providing quality services to its customers by operating 137 branches, 12 extension counters and 114 ATM booths in all the seven states.
