6th Langtang Tourism and Conservation Festival starts in Rasuwa

RASUWA, April 14: The 6th Langtang Tourism and Conservation Festival has started in Rasuwa on April 14. The event is conducted every year on Wildlife Week and is conducted alongside the Red Panda Trophy Volleyball Competition.
The event is being conducted to promote tourism in the area and also raise awareness about wildlife conservation. It is being conducted by Langtang National Park and the District Coordination Office, and will take place for a week.
The festival will feature attractions like the Red Panda Trophy Volleyball Competition, deer dancing exhibition, green concert, etc. President of the Langtang Area Conservation Concern Society Santosh Ghale said, "Activities which help to promote tourism in the area will be conducted throughout the week."
The festival will also have stalls with information about the local art, culture, and tourism, with musical programs by national and local artists also featured.
