All international flights suspend from Thursday

KATHMANDU, May 04: All domestic and international flights between Nepal and India have been suspended to maintain two flights a week. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Council of Ministers on Sunday.
Calling for the prevention of corona, the government has suspended all domestic flights with effect from 12 noon on May 3.
All international flights have been suspended with effect from 12 noon on May 6(Thursday). However, flights with India will be maintained twice a year. This flight ban will work until May 14
The government could not cut flights between India and Nepal as per the air bubble scheme. India will have two two-way flights a week.
It has been decided that passengers coming from here will have to stay in quarantine for 10 days. According to Raj Kumar Chhetri, Deputy Director General and Spokesperson of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, chartered flights can be operated with permission in case of emergency.
