Some weeks ago my school took students of Class VII for excursion. Studies only will not yield the knowledge that is essential to be known about evrything. Inorder to make the students exposed to the outer world our school took us to Bhaktapur in excursion which was filled with fun and excitement.

We reached the city of temples by our school bus. After reaching there we visited various squares where Thanka, clay pots and other items that attracts the tourists visiting Bhaktapur. We went around the Bhaktapur Durbar Square in line and guided by our teachers. We saw many temples mainly in Sikhara styles made and being made from stones.

We saw people involved in traditional occupation and also the houses were very old made up of soil stone and wood, some struck by the eartquake and some left in ruins. The environment was also very good and fresh. There was not any misunderstanding and jealous between people at last what we read in our o.v.t book I found it practically. I learned more about clay work painting thanka painting and traditional work. It was very good and fantastic. I saw that thing is It won’t be an exaggeration to this entire visit as a best one.
