Buddha Air establishes relief fund for Flood Victims

KATHMANDU, August 14: Nepal’s leading aviation service provider Buddha Air has established a relief fund for the victims of flooding in the country.
The airlines have created the fund with initial deposit of 2.5 millions on its own. The company has claimed the fund to be established under its social obligation to help the people at the time of emergency.
It has planned to distribute aid materials to the flood affected people of Morang and Sunsari. It has stated that the work of aid distribution will be under its supervision through the participation of clubs and security officials.
Buddha Airlines also has clarified that the administrative and other expenses while operating and establishing the fund will be bore by the airlines itself and also has promised to disclose all the transactions and activities to make it transparent.
