Buddha Air submitted proposal to Nepalgunj-Delhi flight

KATHMANDU, June 24: Buddha Air has submitted the proposal to Rabindra Adhikari, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil aviation to operate flight service from Nepalgunj-Delhi.
In the proposal, the airlines have demanded to operate its ATR- 72 flight three times a day in Indira Gandhi International Airport situated in New Dheli from 6:30 am in morning, 1:00 in afternoon and 5:20 in evening.
The arrangement of easy and smooth service has been made to end syndicate on air charter service, Minister Adhikari said. Construction works of Pokhara International Airport are underway in a quick manner.
He said preparations are going on to bring the Pokhara International Airport into operation after completing the construction works by 2021 while construction works of Lumbini International Airport have been accelerated to bring the airport into operation within a year.
