CG Corp Global under Chaudhary Group to buy 26 hotels in India

KATHMANDU, June 07: CG Corp Global under Chaudhary Group is going to buy Indian listed hotels. CG Corp Global is going to buy 26 more hotels in India alone.

These hotels will be operational from 2022, the Indian media 'Economic Times' has published the news. "We are now preparing to buy some of the leading hotels in India. The group aims to invest more in the hotel business, ”said Rahul Chaudhary, Executive director of CG Corp Global.

He said the company is now in the final stages of a business deal. CG Corp Global now operates the hospitality industry under the brand name ‘The Fern, The Fern Residency, The Zinc Living and Bacon’. The company is now looking to buy more hotels in the same business expansion.

Fern Brand is now a purely management company. Chaudhary said that the company will add 400 more hotel rooms from this. At present, CG is providing hospitality services from 6,013 rooms in 112 hotels in 10 countries of the world. The company plans to add 29 more hotel properties. Of these, 26 hotels are in India and CG Crop plans to operate these hotels from 2022. Apart from that, 3 CG Crop Global will operate in a joint venture in Nepal, Bhutan and Thailand.
