Deluxe tourist bus service started between Pokhara and Sauraha

KATHMANDU, July 18: A new deluxe tourist bus service has been started by Pokhara Jagadamba Tavels Pvt. Ltd., connecting Sauraha, Chitwan to Pokhara. The bus service was inaugurated by the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Rabindra Adhikari.

Company-owner Keshav Prasad Adhikari said that the bus service has been started between two major tourism cities, Sauraha and Pokhara, focusing on high-quality service. In the beginning phase, the service is being started with two buses. The buses under this service contain a minibar as well as facility for meals. The bus fare from Pokhara to Sauraha will be Rs. 1500. Adhikari informed that if demand for the service increases, he will steadily add more buses to his service. The bus will be leaving at 8 am from Pokhara and reach Sauraha around 1 pm. The buses have been brought into circulation at an investment of Rs. 20 million.
