Global IME Bank and Tribhuvan University signs agreement for cashless transactions

KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Global IME Bank Ltd. and Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office (ECO) Balkhu have signed an agreement. The agreement has been signed by Controller of Examinations Pushparaj Joshi on behalf of TU and Shobha Neupane, Head of Kirtipur Branch Office on behalf of Global IME Bank Ltd.
As per the agreement, Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office will be able to collect the fee and deposit amount on a daily basis and the campuses under the Tribhuvan University will be able to collect the fee from all the branch offices of the bank. All the transactions of the students of TU can be deposited in the income account of TU from all the branches of this bank including the counter at Balkhu of this bank. In addition to this, all the banking facilities including opening a savings account, providing check exchange facility, cash and check deposit / giving will be available for the employees working in PNK.
In line with the government's policy of conducting financial transactions of various government offices through banks, Global IME Bank Ltd. is providing its services from more than 30 government office premises including various government offices, industries, departments, transport management offices, Inland Revenue Offices and Land Revenue Offices across the country.
