Government decides to shut down airline services till August 1

KATHMANDU, June 28: The government has decided to continue the air lockdown for another month as the infection of Covid-19 is spreading. Despite pressure from airlines to reopen domestic flights, the government has decided not to reopen  until August 1 due to an increase in Corona infections. 

"It is unknown at this time regarding the decision related to international flights..The flight, which was closed from March, has been declared closed till July 5," said Rajan Pokharel, director general of the Civil Aviation Authority Of Nepal (CAAN) .
