Himalaya to Change kathmandu to Colombo Flight

KATHMANDU, Jan 21: Himalaya Airlines has announced slight change for its passenger service on the Kathmandu-Colombo-Kathmandu route.

The route will be effective from January 21st to April 4th, 2017, according to Airlines. According to revision, H9 673 will depart from Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathamdnu at 1600 hours and will arrive in BAndaranaike International Airport, Colombo at 1930 hours, H9 674 departs from Colombo at 2030, arriving Kathmandu at 2345 hours on the same day. The Airlines operates two flights a week by A320-214 (configured with 8 Business Class and 150 Economy class seats), on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Since Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo is closed from 0830 hours to 1630 hours for maintenance work each day is the main reason behind the revision in flight schedule, said Mr. Vijay Shrestha, Vice President-Administration of the Airlines.
