Hotel Annapurna to organize Jasan-E-Kabab

KATHMANDU : Hotel Annapurna announces to organize 10- days-long Jasan- e- Kabab festival from 6th -15th December from every 12:30 pm- 10:00 pm. This festival will be held at Ghar-e-kebab.
CEO of hotel Annapurna, Mr. Raju Bikram Shah said," “If food is authentic it will market on it’s own.” Likewise, once again legendary pioneer of kabab Chef Mr. Rezi Alam Khan has come back from retirement to re-introduce people the real kabab.
Synonymous to the name, the festival will feature a delectable range of special vegetarian and non-vegetarian kababs and curries, prepared by no other than Ghar-e-kabab’s first chef, Mr. Rezi Alam Khan. Chef Khan worked at Ghar-e-Kabab since the beginning of the restaurant’s establishment in 1981, till 2017, and has now returned for the festival to provide guests old and new the best of Indian cuisine.
Kababs and curries have carved a place for itself in the culinary realms of India. Rich, spicy and mouth-watering, they are teamed remarkably well with other healthy, scrumptious, exotic dishes that will not disappoint. The cuisine offers a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary delights, all of which have a unique taste of their own.
