Hotel Radisson Welcomes Christmas, organizes Cake Mixing Ceremony in it’s terrace garden

KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Nepal’s star rated hotel, Hotel Radisson has welcomed this year’s Christmas with cake mixing ceremony. A total of 25 people took part in the cake mixing ceremony.
“Different colored cherry’s, Sinamon Powder, Dry fruits and Rum, Vodka, Brandy and other additives were used while making the cakes,” Executive Chef Utpal Kumar Mandal said. “A total of 65 Kilograms dry fruits and 18 liters of liquors are used as ingredients to make 150 kilograms of plum cake,” he added.
