Hyatt to organize Punjabi Food Fest this month

KATHMANDU, March 19 : As a part of its monthly promotional plan the Hyatt Regency Hotel in capital Kathmandu is set to introduce a Punjabi Food Festival at all-day dining restaurant, The Café, from March 24 to 31.

Chef Santosh Kumar Koradi,  who recently joined the organization as Executive Chef, designed the menu together with the culinary team to give diners authentic Punjabi flavors.

The food festival gives diners a wide range of Punjabi dishes to choose from, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The eight-day festival will feature a variety of delectable Punjabi food including drinks and desserts.

Some of the delicacies include fish amritsari, tawa keema kaleji, patiyala shahi seeken, mini kachori, samosa chat, aloo papdi chat, badami shorwa, murg makhani, ratlami gosht, maa rajma dal and kesari jalebi.

The promotion is open for dinner only and is served from 6:30pm till 10:30pm, priced at Rs2,000 per person, including taxes.
