ICC Trophy arrives in Chandragiri Hills

KATHMANDU, Oct 29: ICC brought the trophy to Nepal as a part of their tour where they displayed the trophy at Chandragiri Hills on Sunday 28th October, 2018.The Cricket World Cup has been made public at Chandragiri Hills in Kathmandu on Sunday morning.  


According to Ms. Bhawana Ghimire, (ICC Coordinator) the trophy was brought to Nepal after the completion of tour at Bangladesh and Dubai. Former Nepali Cricket Captains Uttam Karmacharya and Pawan Kumar Agrawal unveiled the World Cup trophy amid a function at Chandragiri Hills.

The ICC organizing team was welcomed by the Chairman of Chandragiri Hills Ltd Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal and General Manager Mr. Abhishek Bikram Shah respectively. The Cricket World Cup is scheduled to take place in England and Wales from May 30 to July 14, 2019.
