In connection with the implementation of the MoU, a curriculum will be prepared and taught to undergraduate engineering students on what technical aspects to consider and how to design agile bridges to build sustainable bridges on local roads in Nepal.
There are also provisions to provide data and travel expenses if students want to project on the same subject. Dozens of bridges are collapsing every year in the monsoon season due to poor design and supervision. After the implementation of the MoU, the bridge construction technology is expected to improve significantly and produce competent engineers.
