Minister of Aviation proposes bringing in a strategic partner to the NAC

KATHMANDU, Aug 14: The Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Rabindra Adhikari, has proposed bringing in a strategic partner to operate Nepal Airlines.
He assured that any errors in the purchase of new aircraft would be met with repercussions and informed that rumors about the newly purchased aircraft not having any warranty were false. In a reply to questions by members of the House of Representatives, Minister Adhikari said that there is no alternative to bringing in a strategic partner. He stressed that an actual partner is needed which can help improve the administrative standards of the NAC.
The ministry is currently undergoing the process to bring in a strategic partner.
