RASUWA, Jan 14: The number of tourists visiting Langtang National Park has increased. According to the park office, 10,400 domestic and foreign tourists have visited Langtang since shrawan (July) of the current fiscal year.
During the same period, nine thousand 782 domestic tourists have reached Langtang. According to Bhupendra Prasad Yadav, Assistant Conservation Officer of the office, 52 tourists from SAARC countries and 566 tourists from different countries visited the region.
According to the park, tourists have started arriving in Rasuwa as the cobid infection has dropped to zero. 3.165 million revenue has been collected from tourist visit and forest produce provided to locals person and tourists visiting Langtang and the Gosainkunda.
