MoU signed between Global IME Bank and FNCCI Province No. 1

KATHMANDU, Aug 18: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Global IME Bank Limited and Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Province No. 1 to provide easy banking services to the members of the federation.
The MoU has been signed by Subhash Sapkota, State No. 1 Chief of the Bank and Tikaraj Dhakal, State President of FNCCI. As per the MoU, the Bank will provide various banking services to small entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs, startups, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs engaged in agribusiness without any banking access on the recommendation of the Federation.
Similarly, if the persons with disabilities want to take business loan, the loan will be provided with special facilities. FNCCI State Vice President Rajendra Raut, central members and bank employees were present at the signing ceremony. Keeping in view the convenience of its customers, the bank has been benefiting the customers by bringing such programs and schemes in coordination with various organizations.
Global IME Bank aims to provide access to banking services to all sectors and segments across the country and abroad. The Bank has 280 branches in 76 districts, 248 ATMs, 257 branchless banking services, 47 extensions and revenue collection counters and 3 foreign representative offices. It is providing service to more than one lakh customers.
Similarly, the Bank has been making significant contribution to the country's economy by receiving remittances from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, India, Jordan, Hong Kong and other countries.
