Mountain Glory Forest Resort and Spa to start operation in Pokhara

POKHARA, July 27: A deluxe forest resort service is starting operation in Pokhara from coming October. Mountain Glory Forest Resort and Spa is targeting the appeal of jungle resort at Pokhara-23, Dobilla. The establishment has already completed the first stage of construction and will start full operation from October 1, said Sales and Operation Director Kiran Tuladhar.
The resort is being constructed over 72 ropanis of land. The construction of the resort started 2 resort priors with an investment of 8 different individuals. Investor Druv Bahadur Thapa said that 1 billion rupees was invested in the first stage of construction. The resort will start operation in the first stage with 64 rooms. "The resort is starting operation targeting the coming tourism season," Thapa said, "we have been successful in opening the first well-facilitated jungle resort in Pokhara." The resort has 6 blocks and 6 villas, One Presidential Room, and one Suite, with the rest designed as deluxe rooms.
The resort has attractions like swimming pool and a swimming pool bar. The location offers view of the Pokhara city, and mountains such as the Machhapuchre and Annapurna. "You can see the mountains from each room and bathroom," said Thapa. 4 different halls have also been constructed.
The resort is 7 km away from the current Pokhara Airport and 4 km away from the international airport currently under construction. The second stage of construction will begin after the resort starts construction. There will be 100 rooms available in the second stage of operation. Thapa informed that the resort will provide employment to around 100 people.
