NAC issues short-term A320 wet-lease RFP

KATHMANDU, May 3 : Nepal's national flag carrier Nepal Airlines issued Request For Proposals (RFP) to all lessors, manufacturers, airlines, aircraft owners, and banks for the short-term wet-lease of one A320-200.
Tender documents seen by ch-aviation indicate the contract will run for a period of forty-five (45) days, extendable to sixty (60), effective July 16, 2017.
Eligible aircraft should feature a dual configuration for use on various Nepal Airlines routes from its Kathmandu base including Kuala Lumpur Int'l, Doha Hamad Int'l, Delhi Int'l, Bangalore Int'l among others.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is May 8, 2017.
Nepal Airlines currently operates two of its own A320-200s
