NAC to operate Kathmandu-Bhairahawa flight on May 16

KATHMANDU, May 13: On the inauguration day of Gautam Buddha International Airport, Nepal Airlines will operate Kathmandu-Bhairahawa-Kathmandu route on May 16.

Jazeera Airways has been flying the inaugural flight from Kuwait to this airport since 16 May. NAC has issued a notice stating that the inaugural flight will be held on this day.

The flight will depart from Kathmandu at 6 am and from Bhairahawa to Kathmandu at 8 am. A320 narrowbody aircraft will be flown on this day.

Earlier, NAC had flown a test flight from a widebody plane 330. On this day, passengers will be able to buy tickets and fly.

NAC has announced two types of prices at Rs 4,510 and Rs 7,040. Tickets can be purchased from the mobile app and website.
