KATHMANDU, Jun 19: Nepal Airlines has proposed hiring pilots from a trustworthy recruiting source to fill vacancy for more than five dozen pilots including 46 captains and 16 co-pilots (first officer). The pilots hired through this source will be assigned to fly the 6 kinds of aircraft currently being operated by NAC.

Corporate Director of NAC, Rabindra Shrestha, said that the airlines is considering the use of a recruiting company after repeated public notices failed to fill the vacancy. He said that after hiring the sufficient number of pilots, NAC will find success in its plans. The corporation is currently facing a lack of pilots for domestic flights.
