KATHMANDU, June 26: The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation had initially said that 67 flights would be operated by June 25. Of these, 24 were to be operated by Nepal Airlines Corporation, 19 by Himalayan Airlines and 24 by foreign airlines.

However, the Nepal Airlines has canceled many flights saying that it has not received flight permission and the Nepali embassy has not been able to prepare. But Himalayan Airlines is flying time to time. The Himalayas have flown almost twice as many flights as the Nepal Airlines. The Himalayas have already flown more than the quota announced by the ministry.

Nepal Airlines has informed that the last flight for the rescue of Nepalese stranded in Korea is on July 5." According to the final schedule so far, the Nepal Airlines flight will leave for Korea on the 4th and return with the Nepalese on the 5th July," said Archana Khadka, Spokesperson of the Nepal Airlines.
