National Life Insurance passes 15 percent dividend

KATHMANDU, Dec 05: The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Life Insurance has been completed. AGM of National Life Insurance has passed a resolution to give dividend.

The company proposed to give 15 percent bonus shares from the profit of the fiscal year 2077/078.

The proposal was passed by AGM. AGM has also passed a resolution to give a cash dividend of Rs 31.856 million for tax purposes.

The company has started construction work on the land it owns in Nepalganj and said that this process will be started in other branches of the company as well.
