MoU between Citizens Bank and Hotpizz Restaurant and Regal Hetauda Resort

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank and Hotpizz Restaurant in Putalisadak, Kathmandu, and Regal Hetauda Resort in Hetauda, Makwanpur, have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide special discounts to Citizens Bank customers.

Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking users will receive a 10% discount at Hotpizz Restaurant and a 15% discount at Regal Hetauda Resort after signing the MoU. The bank believes that this type of collaboration will benefit clients and encourage them to shift away from cash transactions and toward digital transactions.

The bank has been developing customer-friendly facilities on a regular basis in order to expand the use of digital banking channels and encourage consumers to make payments online.

Citizens Bank International has been offering modern banking services to over 16 lakh 25 thousand people across the country through 188 branches, 147 ATMs, 3 extended counters, and 97 branchless banking units.
