Singati Hydro Energy right shares allocated to applicants

KATHMANDU:Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) has allotted its 1:1 ratio right shares on the  March 13th.

Until January 6th, the company issued 1,45,00,000 units  of right shares at a price of 100 rupees per share to existing shareholders 

The joint allotment committee, which included the issuing company and the sales manager, proposed that 76,200 shareholders who applied directly on March 13th receive 98,88,461 right shares.
