Gautam and Bashistha appointed as independent directors of Jyoti Capital

KATHMANDU:The 48th meeting of Jyoti Capital Limited's Board of Directors appointed Prof. Dr. Dhruba Kumar Gautam and CA Mandeep Bashistha as independent directors.

Dr. Gautam is a professor at Tribhuvan University's Central Department of Management. He possesses a master's degree in strategic management as well as one in management and public administration.

Similarly, CA Mandeep Bashistha has done Chartered Accountancy from Nepal Board and a Diploma in IFRS as well.

Prakash Baral,  Jyoti Capital's president, took the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed independent directors Gautam and Bashistha, and the company believes that their arrival will benefit Capital's future business expansion and service delivery.

 Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank Ltd, has a paid-up capital of Rs 210 million.
