Hotel Mystic Mountain in Nagarkot earned 330 million in revenue in a single year

KATHMANDU, May 05:The four-star hotel Mystic Mountain in Nagarkot has a revenue of Rs 330 million in one year. In 2023, the hotel earn 330 million rupees in revenue. 

The hotel earned Rs 252 million in 2022, Rs 93 million in 2021, Rs 148 million in 2020, and Rs 222 million in 2019.

The hotel, which has started its commercial business since 2017 with the facility of 33 rooms, is currently providing the facility of 72 rooms. Located 30 km from Kathmandu, the hotel spans 5 hectares.

The hotel owned by Balkrishna Dhoju has got a rating of Rs 560 million for long term and short term loans. The hotel mentions a positive profit between 2022 and 2023. Business decreased in 2021 owing to covid. However, it stated that there was a substantial volume of business between 2022 and 2023.

The hotel's occupancy capacity for 2023 is 73%. Furthermore, the hotel indicated that the transaction price per room in 2022 was 3,900 rupees, but in 2023 it jumped to 6,300 rupees.
