Number of Tourists in Annapurna Circuit Up this season

LAMJUNG: The number of tourists in the Annapurna Circuit has increased this year with the start of Tourist season this year.
The Tourist Check Post in the District headquarter Besisahar recorded the number of Tourists (both National and International visiting Annapurna Circuit) around two hundred on daily basis.
Nanda Raj Bhatta, staff of TAAN hopes that the flow of the tourists would increase this year in comparison to previous years. September to November and February to April are considered as the peak seasons for Annapurna trekking with 5,039 international tourists visiting circuit last year.
During the season nationals from Israel, Germany, France, Australia, the UK and America expedite the Annapurna Trials. With the influx of tourists tourism entrepreneurs are happy with the boost in their business.
