Pashupatinath and Lumbini received certificate of “World Books Record”

KATHMANDU, Nov 12: World Book of Records has provided a certificate of 'World Books Records' to Pashupatinath and Lumbini of Nepal. On Sunday, the program was organized in Kathmandu, Pashupatinath and Lumbini was provided with the certificate of World Books Records as it is the old historic temple of the world and many pilgrims all over the world visits this place.

As a chairman of the Pashupati area development fund and Lumbini Development Fund, Culture Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Rabindra Adhikari, received the certificate. Speaking on the occasion, he said that Nepal is a rich country of art and culture, saying that art and culture of Nepal is the basis for tourism. This certificate of World Book Records said that the value of these locations will increase after being listed in the book. He said that there are many other places to maintain such records in Nepal and their protection and prosperity will develop Nepal tourism.

Bharatiya Janata Party leader and MP Kalajaj Mishra said that not just for Pashupatinath and Lumbini but other places also has historical, religious and archeological importance for the world. He said that both Nepal and India could take advantage of tourism development.
