Pind Da Zaika: Punjabi food festival at Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, Nov 16: Fairfield by Marriott, Kathmandu is hosting Pind Da Zaika, a Punjabi food festival held from 15th to 25th November, 2021 which offers delicious treats to diners.
The Punjabi food festival will be led by Guest Chef Pappu Aryal, an Indian chef who is currently working at JW Marriott Chandigarh as a Chef de Partie. With over 15 years of professional experience working across various restaurants in New Delhi and hotels such as Hotel Le-Crown in Chandigarh.
The festival was inaugurated by the guest of honor Mr. Naveen Kumar, First Secretary (Press, Information and Culture), Secretary (BPKF) & CPIO, who leads the Press Information and Culture Wing of the Embassy of India in Kathmandu. He is an Indian Foreign Service Officer and is in Nepal for the last one year.
The foods presented by Fairfield are a delicacy to have and fills you up with a warm feeling of happiness as the food is flavoursome. The menu consists of delicacies like chicken briyani, chicken butter masala, palak paneer and many more. The Chicken Briyani was a marvelous dish which had the perfect flavours and the chicken which was present was tender and delicious too. The Chicken Butter Masala had the perfect combination of butter and masala which made the dish more enjoyable and the meat was tender which brought it to another level.
