Pokhara tourism entrepreneurs providing relief assistance to flood-hit

POKHARA, August 25:Tourism entrepreneurs based in Pokhara have left for Chitwan and Nawalparasi districts Friday with relief materials worth Rs 2.4 million meant for the survivors of the recent floods there.


They are divided into four teams which will visit Sauraha, Bachchhauli, Golaghat, Jeetpur and Madi of Chitwan and Susta of Nawalparasi to distribute relief assistance to the affected, according to tourism entrepreneur Ganesh Bhattarai. The relief assistance includes foodstuffs, mattresses, mosquito nets and blankets.
