“What will the tourists think when the police stands outside at foreign-invested casino with only foreign customers allowed entrance?”said Rajendra Bajgain, President of Silver Heritage Investment Pvt. Ltd., the Nepali partner company of the casino’s investor company, Silver Heritage Group. “When we ask them why they are standing at the gate, they simply say its orders from above,” said Bajagain.

Bajagain said that foreign tourists have become hesitant about entering the casino after police began standing at its entrance. This can potentially discourage foreign investment.
