KATHMANDU, June 17: Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited, which is owned by Nepal Insurance Company Limited, will sell 900,000 shares under its Promoter group.

 

As per the information issued by the organization, the minimum price of the promoter's share has been fixed at Rs. 140 per share. It is stated that there is no limit for minimum 1000 lots and maximum number of shares through promoter share bidding.

In addition, the existing founders, other companies, associations, institutions and individuals who are eligible to purchase the founder shares can contact the issue manager of NIBL ​​Ace Capital Ltd., Lazimpat, from July 18 to July 30 at any rate they want. It is stated that the application can be submitted through secret bids by disclosing all the details along with the rate.
