Qatar Airways added 14 new flight destinations last year

KATHMANDU,Jan 8 : Qatar Airways in 2016 added 14 new destinations across its global network and welcomed 19 new aircrafts


According to the company, the newly added destinations are Adelaide (Australia), Atlanta (USA), Birmingham (UK), Boston (USA), Helsinki (Finland), Los Angeles (USA), Marrakech (Morocco), Pisa (Italy), Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), Sydney (Australia), Windhoek (Namibia),  Yerevan (Armenia), Krabi (Thailand) and Mahe (Seychelles).

Issuing a statement, the airways said that it recorded an operating profit of more than Qatari Riyal 3 billion in the Fiscal Year 2016.

"Our passengers will see a continuation of our commitment to providing the very best travel experiences in the year to come," Akbar Al Baker, Chief Executive of Qatar Airways, said in the statement.
