Radisson Hotel Kathmandu organizes fingerlicking Pizza and Pasta celebration program

KATHMANDU: 14th June marked the initiation of a two week long “Pizza and Pasta” celebration. The celebration takes place everyday 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm at the Olive Garden in Radisson. Executive chef Uptal Mandal once again displays his artistry, this time in Italian style. The Italian essence was very vibrant in the authentic cuisines they presented.
The authenticity was everywhere from the food to the venue. Olive Garden is a dim lit cozy place with flute music and art on the wall. The carefully created ambience does really resemble an Italian ristorante. Like every time Radisson has brought flying colours in authenticity this time as well. They bring something new to the table with every promotion they do but the quality never depreciates a bit. The celebration is mainly done for the in house guests but food fanatics from anywhere can come and enjoy.
The diners will get to choose from a variety of wine selected by the chefs which will really allow them to enjoy a cool summer evening. People can get to taste varieties of food like “Pappardelle Carbonara with Shrimp& Litchi” and “Cappelletti with Porcini Mushroom Sauce” the menu also includes the glass of “Buon Vino”.
