Returnee migrants running resort by investing 15 million

PARBAT, June 19: A resort named Blue Angels with the facility of swimming pool, the first of its kind in Dhaulagiri zone, is coming into operation soon as the construction work of the resort has reached the final stage.

Three youth from Kushma Bazaar involved in different professions have made a total of Rs 15 million investments for the business venture located at Kushma Municipality-4, Parbat.

Alok Shrestha, one of the investors said that very few construction works have remained and preparations are on to operate the resort very soon by completing the works within this month.

Besides Shrestha, Raju Sharma and Bishnuraj Puri have also made their investments in the resort. Prior to switching over to the hotel business, the three youth had gone to Saudi Arabia, the UK and South Korea for employment.

Some 15 ropani of land is taken in lease for 15 years for the operation of the resort, the investors shared.

The resort located near the Pokhara-Baglung Highway is also expected to provide services to the domestic and foreign pilgrims heading to Muktinath Temple, Manager Sharma said.

Sharma said that there will be two separate swimming pools for winter and summer seasons with the provision of hot and cold water.
