Rox restaurant of Hyatt Regency to promote distinct local recipe of Italian food

KATHMANDU: Hyatt Regency Kathmandu’s signature restaurant, Rox will be promoting food from three regions of Italy from 22nd February through 22nd March to take them on a journey through Tuscany, Lombardy and Campania. The event will be organized from 6-10 pm. Usually People consider Italian food to be just limited up to pasta and pizza but Italian cuisine has more to offer than pasta and pizza.

Rox will be presenting the distinct local recipes with their team to to give guests authentic Italian taste in a warm and comfortable environment. Chef Dhiraj Khadka, who has eight years of experience in Italian cuisine and has worked in cities like Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai will prepare a range of delicious cuisine.
