"We will increase the number of our flights after the arrival of the new plane," said the company's Corporate Chief, Anil Manadhar, "new aircraft are being required in all routes as the number of urban passengers is increasing."

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal reports that the number of domestic passengers are increasing at the rate of 13% per year.

Shree Airlines has also applied for permission to conduct international flights. The application is currently under study at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation. After receiving the permission from the ministry, the airline will have to go through ICAO's five-step process to start international flights.
