”SMART Practices in Restaurant Business” training concluded today

KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Nepal Chapter has organized a Two- Day Training Program on “SMART Practices in Restaurant Business” on 30th and 31st January 2017 at Hotel Radisson, Lazimpat Kathmandu.

The world renowned Resource Persons from Hong Kong Polytechnic University- education specialist Dr. Murray Mackenzie and instructor Mr. Ryan P. Smith have conducted the training.

About 190 people from hotel, restaurant, airlines and hotel management participate in program.

“The training focuses on practices in catering business focusing the key topics Restaurant- Concept Development; Revive, Standardize and Optimize existing brands, Strategic Menu Design, Restaurant Technology, Food and Wine Pairing (Mixology) ,Wine Selling and Marketing, Maximizing Restaurant Revenue” Executive Manager of (PATA) Nepal Chapter, Suresh Singh Budal informed.

Dipak Raj Joshi, CEO of Nepal Tourism Board and first vice-president of (PATA) Nepal Chapter, welcome and expressed thanks to the trainer and participants.
