KATHMANDU, Jan 09: The Supreme Court has given an interim order to Belliz Nepal for conducting casino service in Malla Hotel. As the hotel had not paid their dues, the Tourism Board sent a letter that refused to conduct casino service as per their last proposal.

By considering this issue, Gyanendra Shrestha of Belliz Nepal has done the hearing in this case and said that the desk of Judge Deepak Raj Joshi has termed the letter to be unauthorized.

According to the Supreme Court, the letter of Tourism Board has affected the occupational and business sector and is also against the rules and regulation. As per the agreement of Malla Hotel, the hotel had cleared all the dues and the applicant must not hinder the decision of the Supreme Court regarding the conduct of Casino service.
