Agreement between Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital and Palpa Cement Industries for free treatment to burn victims

KATHMANDU, Jan 14: Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital has entered into an agreement with Palpa Cement Industries to provide free treatment to acid and burn victims under 18 years of age across Nepal. An agreement has been reached to provide Rs. 6 million annually from the private sector for the free treatment of acid and other burn victims.
On behalf of Palpa Cement, Executive Directors Vishnukumar Agrawal and Rajesh Kumar Agrawal and Director of the hospital. An agreement has been signed between Dr.Santosh Bhandari and Ujwal Bikram Thapa to provide assistance to the victims. The treatment will be provided free of cost from the funds provided by Palpa Cement to the hospital.
