Tara Air aircraft crash at Jumla Airport

KATHMANDU, June 9 : Tara Air aircraft Twin-otter call sign ‘9N-AEV crashed landed in Jumla airport in this Saturday afternoon.
Likewise, General Manager of Tribhuvan International Airport Raj Kumar Chhetri said that the accident occurred after a tyre of the plane got punctured during the landing. All 21 passengers including three crew members of the plane are safe, according to Chhetri.
Manager Bhimraj Rai of the airlines company said. The front part of the aircraft has suffered damages in the incident.
Captain JK Niraula , Co-pilot Hikmat Rokaya and Airhostess Pratima Rana was flying the aircraft.
The flight took off from Nepalgunj to Jumla at 2:15 PM .
